I've been dealing with royal bank over an year. Now I'm really having problems with them. They have frozen my account for no apparent reason and cancelled a payment I made. I deposited a cheque and made this payment, I had some immediate release on all of my deposits. However, royal bank had reverse ...

I have been with the Royal Bank of Canada many years and they are always quick to address my needs and wants. Professional and considerate. They treat a customer with respect on the phone.
