    My Flymo HT600 Electric has been totally unreliable, gearing stripped, the cog inside machine also stripped, jams easily, unable to cope with anything thicker then new growth hedge. Complained to Flymo, no reply as of yet

    I bought one Flymo HT600 Electric Hedge Trimmer about 3 years ago to cut about 60 M2 of leylandii hedge once a year.     If you have a little hedge buy one, if you have a large one don't. Can't say anything more fair than that.

    I had to clip "stripped" yew twigs with hand shears, after using my Flymo HT600 Electric, to tidy up messy cut. I agree with other reviewer and will bin the HT600 and buy another (non-Flymo) for next year. Worse than useless.

    There are now power rating labels and I was convinced it wa a puny 300 watt motor until I looked it up on the web. You could sell the

    I am astonished to find a machine from such a notable manufacturer unable to cope after 40 sq. m. of Leylandii and 40 sq. m. of beech.
