    This bank is atrocious, I lost my card and after waiting 8 working days for a replacement (its meant to be 4-5 working days) I rang the customer helpline, which was a sequence of 'press 1 for this, press 2 for that, and had to wait TWO minutes to even begin to be put through to an adviser, who then ...
