Isn't the Hayter Harrier 41 cheap?! 269.00 buys the basic harrier push with a roller. This lawn mower cuts really well. Far better than my mountfield did. Fits into the boot of my car, it starts easily and is light enough!

Poor design and unimpressive performance. I had a push Atco petrol rotary before which is being pressed back into service again. Much easier, even if means I get more exercise pushing it, which the medicos will tell us is a good thing!

Good, well made lawnmower by Hayter. The variable engine, autodrive speed, height adjustment are all very smooth and easy.

Having bought the Hayter Harrier 41 as a replacement for a Mountfield Princess, I was looking forward to the extra 2" of cutting width but it came at a price. Moneywise and weightwise. When the motor suddenly burned out it was with almost relief I purchased a smaller machine.

I have found the Hayter Harrier 41 lawn mower to be reliable, and it gives a quality finish to the lawn. There a cheaper mowers available, but if you want a machine to give years of service, then this machine will do it. I think dealers must vary in what they offer, as I have an extended warranty at ...

Best avoided, we've had good mowers from Hayter in the past but it seems their best days are behind them. Their new models are not what they were.
