I really enjoy Kelloggs Special K Red Berries cereal, but I wish there were more berries and less sugar on the flakes.

the box does it state that the cereal is lightl ...

This cereal is a brilliant idea. Great taste! So I'd recommend it. Two complaints. One- there are not enough red berries sometimes. Two- they are too expensive when not on sale!

I don't like cereal or milk. However, I tried Kellogg's Special K with berries and I am addicted! Each morning and noon for the past 3 weeks, I have eaten a bowl of special K with 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds, 1/4 cup of grown flax seed, 1/4 cup of fresh strawberries and NO milk. I have lost 17 a ...

I can sit down with 2 pints of milk and polish off a whole packet of this delicious cereal.
The combination of the crunchy and slightly sweet cereal and the sweet fruity freeze dried berries is spine tingling.
As an alternataive to a curry and a four pack or 2 it is quite a satisfactory health ...

This Special K is crunchy and fruity, and best of all not too sweet. It's one of those cereals advertised as helping you "drop a jeans size", but I eat so much of it, there would be no change!
Rather expensive though, at around £2.30.
