Pinnacle have made every excuse in the book and more not to make a Mortgage Protection Insurance payment on time. They want a signed declaration from my doctor every month at a cost of £17.50 a time. I got charged hundreds of pounds by the company First National bank, and later by G.E. Money, ...

Our mortgage protection insurance policy was with M&S originally, and it was transferred to Pinnacle about 2 years ago.

Pinnacle are an absolute nightmare! When you are between a rock and a hard place the last thing you need is an insurance company like them behind you. They will do anything; a ...

I don't care how cheap it is, if in the terms and conditions it says,
"You are not covered if, a condition which you knew about at the start date,or which you sought or received advice from any doctor during the 12 months immediatly before the start date."

ie, ever suffered depression, panic at ...

New terms, £31.44 per month, with 180 days exclusion, which means I now have an extra 2 months added to the initial period. So if I get m ...
