    better off going searching for tickets on just about any site on web. if you want problems you want this company, i travel for pleasure and dont know why anyone would want problems with this company. beware anybody that makes you pay a big fee up front. come on. this company is lucky to still be in ...

    I have paid the full amount required by 1st-air for four round trip business class tickets, US to Asia, via check. I have one month more before my departure date.     While they appeared to be helpful, so far they have not reliable. Tickets are still not issued for flights departing in 1 week's time, though payment was received 2 weeks ago. Based on that not recommended.
