My wife and I each had a "toastie" in Marks and Spencer's Coffee Shop today (£3.50 each) and they were rubbish! Two thick slices of white bread, a wafer-thin slice of tasteless ham and a wafer-thin slice of flavourless Cheddar cheese. What a disappointment! For that price I expected something f ...

I opted for a toasted-t cake and a large mocha, I was asked if i wanted cream on my mocha which i thought was a nice opti ...

On one occasion there were no g/f muffins and no pieces of cake (which is the sum total of gluten free!!!) I asked to speak to a manager and aske ...

Their product offer in terms of price, quality and convenience are nothing more or nothing less of what I would expect from any of the coffee shops up and down the country. Their customer service however, was very poor and the speed of delivery was attrocious.

The coffee was almost strong enough and it's fair trade.. It's good to get a decent cup of coffee in an English coffee shop.
