    We have spent many holidays in Nerja over the 15 years with the last three stays at the Balcon De Europa. However, on the last two we encountered problems with the 'bill' when leaving the hotel. The first time we had two more guests added to our account ! The second (and last) time we had no accoun ...

    I felt that the some of the reception staff could maybe come across as rude and arrogant. I would not recommend.

    Not only was the hotel a huge disappointment but they had double booked our room on arrival. We had paid for a room with a sea view, through the booking agents World on a Plate.
