They don't package their items properly - I ordered a 5-drawer closed filing system from them, which arrived simply in a box, and was broken. It is unfortunately not a well-made item, and was too fragile to be transported without proper packaging. I phoned up and complained, and received a replaceme ...

I first found these guys last year. They have improved the website and it's loads better!
I compare prices regularly, and I shop with Discount Office Supplies often.

I have used Discount Office Supplies a few times now, and I've been very happy with the pricing and service. When I did order the wrong thing, I had a full refund and they were really helpful. I would recommend them!
