    Virgin allows only 30 seconds for you to answer a call and then it diverts the call to voice mail. This is absolutely ridiculous. My call to customer support was answered by a female in Africa.     what you get on the contracts are amazing
    the deals are the best i could find and at 18 months!
    the network is alright. In some places better than others but i havnt hasd any major probelms with it

    The mobile service Virgin Mobile get is fine, single is OK (same as T-Mobile as they are on the same network).

    Handset choice looks to be OK and the tariff's are all OK, and you can upgrade and downgrade your plan as you wish.
