DON'T DO IT. No service, awful coverage, despite them telling me continually that I had great covergae in my area. Phone cuts out all the time. Texts don't always send/receive. Phone kept breaking, lost all my numbers twice when they tried to fix it. Had to shout at call centre worker to get my PAC ...

Worst price plans, atrocious customer service from their call centre in India. Tried to make a complaint to a person locally all they would do is give me a PO box. Their support is the worst I have experienced. Really poor text ad ons. The most expensive deals and you cannot by a 5.00 credit

although three appear very appealing valuewise, their coverage and connection reliabilty is rather poor and all i kind say on this one is like with everything else, like they say - you get what you pay for.

Dont bother!!!

Three consistently get it wrong!!! When ordering a handset they are unable to get the correct delivery address and therefore you are having to wait days!!!! Same thing happened to my husband, his order was totally messed up!!!

If you want to avoid disappointment, avoid 3!!! ...

Ive been with three for 5years now & they are the worst network to go with. it started off being an ok network with fair 2 gud network coverage, then i moved & the network went to min or nowt!! i poned them up they cut me off, i called back they put me on hold for 30mins or more (lifetime) they said ...

I don't know why 3 have got such a bad rating?.
I'm not saying they are the best but there not terrible.
Signal coverage is not bad, in my opinion its average. In normal to good signal areas the quality of calls and internet are good. Its 3g coverage that is hit and miss, but this is getting better ...

WHEN IM ON THE PHONE THE PHONE JUST CUTS OUT. WHICH HAVE BEEN HAPPENING FOR THE LATE 10-11 MONTHS, IVE PHONE 3 A NUMBER OF TIMES TO TELL THEM WHATS HAPPENING AND THEY JUST PAST ON TO ANOTHER PERSON AND SO ON, IT STILL HAPPENING.
ALSO IVE HAD TO SEND MY PHONE BACK 3 TIMES AND THEY STILL WONT CHANGE ...

Dreadful, useless customer service, unable to fix any problems. Phonecalls cut out all the time, reception suddenly dissapears. Very rude and aggresive man tried to get me to stay when I phoned up for my PAC code. It might be cheap but you get what you pay for.

A decent network with good coverage, competitive price plans and an amazing custome service!

I was recommended by someone and i would be more than happy to recommend others.
