    I ordered an item which is still listed as in stock, but actually wasn't.
    A Matter of Fax charged my credit card anyway. I have cancelled the order but they still haven't taken the charge off my card.

    I felt their advertising was misleading regarding original or compatible.     You have 30 days to return an item. It took 30 days before the broken item was shipped to me. Then, when I realized it was broken, they refused my claim as the 30 days were up. Or, if it's within the 30 days, they will charge $50, or 2%, whichever is greater, to take it back.

    A Matter of Fax offer honest, fair prices and if you have a price from some other supplier they usually can beat it.     I love using their sight to search for all my parts.
    The Motorola part I received was in original packaging, and works fine, and
    I was very surprised they could locate the part for me. I am using them now for all my
