    This microwave is the worst I have ever had. It is not used frequently but the door broke after a couple of years and Neff fixed it for £80. It has now died completely after tripping the electrics and a nasty smell of burning. Neff? No thanks

    Dreadful. Broke down twice in 2 months. Customer care apalling. Would never buy Neff appliance again. Paid a lot of money for what I thought was a reliable produce and have been let down all the way. Guarantee not worth the paper it is written on. The only thing positive is that it looks good, ...

    The Neff H5430 Microwave looks good - integral fitting within the kitchen unit but has broke down now 3 times since new within 3 years.
    Each time major surgery ie Magnetron and Module relay
    Now out of warranty and useless

    During normal use, the door closing mechanism on my Neff H5430 has broken meaning the microwave cannot operate at all. Obviously not built to last. Am surprised that a basic feature that is essential to operate the device is not built to last.
