    I use Moneybookers for my website and on the whole the service is ok, although the charges are higher than I would like and the customer service is poor. But then Paypal's customer service is poor also!

    This morning I got an email from Moneybookers.com reminding me to keep my "Moneybookers.com" account secure. Now the point is I don't have a Moneybookers.com account and, until I received this email, I have never heard of Moneybookers.com.

    Do not use their service, since if there is something going wrong, it is more than difficult to contact them.

    Most reviews here seem to be from competitors just to badmouth Moneybookers. This online payment service can't be that bad considering the online auction Ricardo.ch officially uses it as payment method.

    Although I'm missing an online shop function like PayPal, it's quite useful.

    This site is impossible to deal with! There is absolutely no way to simply upload funds from a valid credit card to pay for a simple Delcampe transaction of a measly 2 Euros.     Moneybookers stole my money! Don't go near them. Worst customer services ever. No regard for their customers at all. I didn't want to give them any star ratings whatsoever, but its not an option here.

    Terrible service. Paypay is infinitely better.

    Wouldn't accept my check card or credit card. Couldn't receive text message confirmation to verify cards. Very hard to find help or FAQ info.

    Hate Moneybookers.

    ABSOLUT RIP OFF!!!

    I was paid for an item for Ebay 2 years ago and could not get the money out so of course I could not ship them the item and the money still sits there.. I did not loose anything but the person that sent the money lost $150 USD
