    Excellent hotel, pool area was really nice and the staff serve you by your lounger and if your on the beach. Food really nice. Lady who ran the kids club was excellent, my daughter has special needs and she was fantastic with her i would definately recommend the kids club.

    We will never stay at the Fiesta Americana Condesa again! Despite having a pre-paid and confirmed reservation, made three months in advance, we were told when we arrived that the hotel was overbooked and there wasn't a room available for us. We were quickly shipped off to the Hyatt, a near-by hotel ...

    The Fiesta Americana Condesa is an excellent hotel, really well located and with a very high standard of service. The pools and beach are superb - wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
