    First the dryer and now the washer on my Servis M9713S has gone too, after 3 years! I wouldn't have another and repairs wise have been told over 100 quid to repair it, I wouldn't spend another 50 quid on it to be honest!

    My first Servis M9713S broke within 9 months, the element shattered and service had to order the part from france. 6 weeks later after many phone calls and still no part, they eventually replaced the machine. 15 months later and 4 call outs to repair the machine it eventually gave up.     My Servis M9713S has been out of order for 8 weeks now and Servis cannot supply the parts - how ridiculous. I am now going to get another brand of washing machine wouldn't have another servis even if it was given to me.
