It has taken nearly 4 months for a response to a Confetti Wedding Insurance claim on this policy and they have refused the claim due to weasel wording in the small print. Customer service is unbelievably slow, I was kept on hold on numerous occasions when calling and they do not reply to letters. Pl ...

Confetti Wedding Insurance does not respond to letters promptly, we claimed some 6 weeks ago and hastened them two weeks ago- still no response, beware.
