    Ordered a Biscuit real fur dog on November 29th - guaranteed delivery by Dec 8th at the latest. Heard nothing by Dec 13th, had to ring 3 times to be told 'need to refer this to head office', 'its in the delivery cycle' and associated apparent excuses.

    I've bought from The Entertainer a few times and they've always shipped quickly and the products arrive in great condition, which is important for collectors.
