    Have had this phone now for 2+ yrs. I have dropped it from above waist height a few times (not on purpose I might add) so I bought a wrist strap. I find it to be a strong robust phone.     I am very disappointed with this phone. I can't hear callers as the volume is so low (even on maximum). The right earphone only worked on the ear piece attachment.     Have had the Nokia phone replaced twice in 6 months. Got as part of 18 month contract - I am now leaving network after 10 years over this poor quality phone and their failure to change it.
