    CPP has a terrible website - always have to phone customer helpline as it usually tells me my details are not recognised and locks the account - waste of time!

    I tried to cancel my policy with CPP also, told me they had but was charged anyway. Phoned and complained and was met with we cant refund your money.

    Now stuck in the appeal process because they didnt supply me with a renewal notice etc. the whole lot werent very helpful at all. infact they wouldnt ...

    I have never been able to use all my credits but am so happy to know that i have them. I am only sorry i took so long to change over to it. Best thing for me since they invented electric

    Very hard to cancel & even after I did they still charged me. When I complained I was told that they couldn't refund me but would make sure the same thing did not happen next year!!
