    Back of printer (where the fuser is) overheats constantly, so we need to turn it off to let it cool off. We get lots of paper jams, and even after clearing the path, it tells you it's not clear, so we have to do a hard reset every time. I am a computer engineer and have own lots of printers, and by ...

    I've had this piece of rubbish for about three months now.

    Initially, I was impressed by the seeming value I was getting - a reasonably snappy colour laser printer for next to nothing, as far as colour lasers go.

    Cheap to buy, but let this be a lesson to you. You really do get what you pay for.

    Low price
    Easy to install and set-up
    Instructions clear
    Small footprint
    Ideal for infrequent use SOHO environment
    Near picture quality
    So far very reliable and has robust quality feel. Xerox brand and reputation for reliability.

    I cannot use this printer. I have used other brands of Color Laser Printers. This one is the worst.
