    ive would never buy another , indesit hotpoint cant fix the proplem with the gas keep cutting out ,they offered me £90 off another cooker . the extended warranty is worth nothing , would never deal deal with them again , made at least 30 phone calls , beware they are a total waste of time ...

    The oven turns itself off ,the front door top bracket has broken and i would never buy cannon goods again.

    I unfortunately bought a Cannon Stratford 18 months ago, and now the oven turns itself off in the middle of cooking for no reason. I notice that another user has the same problem. Anyone know what it might be? I would never buy a cannon cooker again, as one of the burner spark ignitions didn't work ...

    The Cannon Stratford fits into small areas. The safety feature enables the cut off if the lid is placed on top, which is fine but if you use a large pot/pan the cooker thinks the lid is placed on top and cuts out the gas! so as long as you use small utensils its fine.     Oven needs a new thermostat which is apparently unavailable but nobody has informed me. I had to keep phoning customer services at my expense. Have been pushed from department to department. Eventually after six weeks we were told the part was obsolete. Not good for a cooker which is under 18 mont ...

    The Cannon Stratford cooker (model number 10535G MK4) is a faulty badly designed unit. It now requires a new thermostat, but Cannon dont have any and have no idea when it will be back in stock! Result no cooker and its been nearly 2 weeks waiting.

    The Cannon Stratford has a stylish look and is easy to keep clean. Engineers have tried three times to mend a fault which causes the oven to just shut off without warning. hopefully this last visit has solved the problem.
