paid Mr Unlock for code, confirmed would receive within 48 hours, didn't hear anything, emailled twice, no reply at all, no money back, no code, no good!!!!!

31st March 2009 I got an email from Mr Unlock: "Unlock Code Unavailable. We have refunded your order in full. Please allow 3-4 working days to see cleared funds in your account." They couldn't unlock it and I'm still waiting for the refund. I sent 3 emails, they never answered. Where is my money ??? ...

Received email saying they could not unlock my phone (sony ericcson K800i) which they had advertised saying they could. "Mr Unlock" guaranteed refund which has never been received.

I wanted to unlock a Sony Ericsson K550i on Tesco Mobile.Fast delivery from Mr Unlock via email BUT not what I already knew. I paid £2.95 (reading other reviews I thought better of spending £10) only to get an email saying "the easiest way to unlock your phone is to call Tesco Mobile". ...

Mr Unlock advertise that particular model can be unlocked, for 9.95. Get an instant email saying you can't stop order because it is being processed. Then email saying we don't support your phone, and a refund has been sent.

Guess what, they list all phones, and NO REFUND HAS BEEN SENT.

Just purchased the basic £2.95 service from Mr Unlock for unlocking a Nokia 6230i on Vodafone network. Took about 30 seconds and the codes came up on screen and were emailed to me.

Typed them in, put in a Pre-paid Virgin / T-Mobile sim card into the handset and it worked! Job Done.

I have successfully unlocked two Motorola z8's with Mr Unlock and can not recommend them highly enough. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for I guess and with Mr Unlock that is codes that work and quick and helpful answers to any questions.

For £2.95 through PayPal (though from their web site it seems you can also pay by credit card) I got the unlocking code for my Nokia 6021 instantly. The instructions they provide are dead easy to follow and I got the mobile unlocked within a minute.

Site offers a choice of methods, the code for your phone comes in a few days. The site keep you in the loop as to progress of your order. My K800i was unlocked within 4 days.
