Oh dear - I wish I had read this before I ordered a cot bed from Tutti Bambini! My cot arrived yesterday and is damaged and of very bad quality. The paint finish is terrible and will never withstand use by a toddler. I am how v worried about trying to get a refund!

Ordered my room set in May and told it was in stock. Arrived end of August at 5 pm they finished installing it at 8pm! Waited in all day. Service I received from Tutti Bambini was really bad. I ordered through the main website, the delivery was relayed by a few days but i had to keep phoning and harrasing them to get to know when delivery would be. this is not acceptable for working mums we cannot take days off to accommodate companie ...
