If you have not seen this film yet then get yourself to the cinema to watch it. DVD will not do it the justice that the big screen can deliver. OK the storyline is basic but I'll be surprised if anyone leaves this film not entertained or impressed by its original visual style.

If you like comic books, you'll love this. Don't watch it as a blacks versus whites. It's not about that, especially as slavery is such a hot topic at the moment. I was very eager to see this film, mainly due to the fact that I loved Sin City. Not just the film or the stories but the way it looked, the way they transformed the graphic novels and put them on to the big screen.
