I ordered from Tesco on line as their in- store flowers are such good quality. Unfortunately the same standards do not apply to the mail order bouquets. To sum up poor value , small roses and bad delivery after being loaded on a van at 7 am eventually arrived as office was closing and very near dead. Tesco`s answer was cut the stems down and leave them in water over night! Spoilt Valentines day as you can imagine. Never again!

Admittedly it shows a photo on the Tesco Flowers website and it describes the 'bouquet. BUT the reality is....big box left on doorstep ....flowers very cheaply available.... once out of the box and the wrapping paper.... pathetic for the money involved. Not impressed at all. Non too helpful custome ...

I ordered a bunch of 18 Roses for my mum for mothers day. If you placed your order early, which I did, you also got a free voucher for your mum to have a pamper treatment.
I received the voucher for her pamper and the flowers were delivered on time, and my mum said were packaged really well!
