Dont buy this product from Vodafone! After 14 days they will not offer you a refund. Phone has to be sent to manufacturer for parts leaving you frustrated. There Customer Services is very poor and they will try and fob you off. Your money will go on advertising for F1 race cars and other sports. Th ...

My girlfriend and I both bought the Sagem MY401C phone. 1. My battery required replacing after 5 months. 2. My girlfriend has had trouble receiving test and calls for last 2 months. 3. The screens on both phones regularly freeze. Don't buy from Vodafone. You only have 14 days for a refund. They do ...

Battery life was always really poor and after 6 months it stopped charging altogether. Would never buy another sagem. It spent more time on charge than being used and I never even bothered using the camera etc as I never had enough power.

The only way to put it off is to remove the battery from the phone. It is a very surprising and embarrassing at the same time. I took it back to Mediamarkt where i bought it, but they could not change because i ...

I got my 401C for £40 from Argos and I think that it's very good value. The games I got are good and the camera is very good. The style is new and funky.
