    Lovely pink colour, dry, nice size bottles, yet flavoursome with a clean non-acid flavour. Good presentation so great as a pressie which I just gave to someone in a pink cooler type case with a zip called an Ice jacket! Brilliant!     I was very lucky to have been given a bottle of Dom Perignon a couple of year's ago and we decided to save it for a special occasion.     Probably the most famous champagne in the world. It is named after Dom Perignon, a Benedictine monk who allegedly discovered the champagne method for making sparkling wines. Worth trying even if its only once!

    You can usually pick up a bottle of Dom Perignon for about £80.00 in the shops, but in a restaurant it retails at about £120.00.
    If you have a huge occassion to celebrate and want to do it in style, I suggest Dom Perignon.
