    UKpetsupplies said goods were in stock, then said dispatched - still waiting. Data server crashed, can't log into my account and still no goods. Will never use this company again, EVER.

    I do not recommend to buy from this site, I have used better Animal and Pet Websites. Says product in stock ready to leave. A month later and still nothing here.
    As far as I am aware they have not yet replied to my emails.
    Telephone number is answer machine too and not yet had a call back?

    Delivery is very quick and they try to ship products on the day you order, however if a product is not quite what you expected based on the description on their website don't expect any help in changing it. I was expected to pay the return postage and pay the shipping charge for the replacement item ...
