    Exactly the same as most previous comments. Poor quality materials, cracked drawer runners, broken shelves, constant icing up and/or pools of water on floor. No nearly 5 years old it keeps deciding to to stop working. switch off and on again, works foe a day or two then stops again.

    Had this product for 5 years now its duff should last longer than this .
    Very dissapointed.WUOLD NOT BUY ANOTHER HOTPOINT PRODUCT.
    Not value for money.

    Bought this Hotpoint FFA90 25 months ago. I have replaced the milk drawer already, the fruit & veg drawers twice!, & the light bulb twice. Just after replacing these spares, the motor packed up.
    I am insured for food loss, but I will never, never buy a Hotpoint again.

    Hotpoint FFA90 is very noisy, should be frost free, always water on floor, skin inside breaking off.

    Always having problems trying to control the Hotpoint FFA90 temperature and fed up with forking out well over £100 a time to get an engineer out to sort this problem.

    Same overall problems with the Hotpoint FFA90 for us: fragile interior, cracked door shelves,cracked salad baskets,cracked freezer runners; ice build up stopping fridge working and subsequent call out fee and "defrost it" advice.     Frozen fridge and warm frezer, but ice building quickly on freezer walls. Hotpoint FFA90 did not work properly since first day.
