    Cowboys masquerading as professionals. Apathetic and understaffed customer service, extortionate charges, and do their upmost to wriggle out of parts warranties if you get a failure 'Ahh well another part might've led to the failure of that part so we won't be honoring your warranty' I was told.

    I use to work for this company and only survived for a very short time, The company like other big companies do not want to retain customers, just rip em off in what they call upsells, a good one is to check your bill and see if they have charged you for a 1 ltr top up of oil that you didnt ask for, ...
