On holiday what matters to us is being able to mix in with local culture and the local people away from the ski resort and hotel seemed nice and friendly. Everything was expensive so don't go to Bulgaria if you think it is cheap! It is different to other resorts we have been to across Europe. The sk ...

Excellent service, friendly, helpful staff, good exchange rate. Excellent rooms, clean, towels changed daily, awesome views.
Hotel also has an excellent indoor pool, Gym, and steam room.
Great snow......Great runs........Great people.
