What made our holiday exceptional was the friendliness and efficiency of the hotel manager and her staff. On arrival our rooms had been mixed up, when we finally got our room it was dirty and dusty and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The Hotel Grande Claviere is a great family hotel with plenty of fun for all the family. We would definitely recommend this to any friends and family looking for a family skiing holiday in Italy.
