I bought a lobster 544 battery from here. It arrived the next day and i couldn't be more happy ! - Even Virgin themselvse couldn't supply me one.

Beware! Beware! Beware!
I bought a mobile phone charger from M-99.co.uk on the 1st of May 2009.
They took my money from my card but the charger never arrived.
I have requested a refund but they don't respond to emails.

I ordered a phone battery from M 99 and it never arrived. Have wrote so many emails but no one ever gets back! Money has been taken out of my account and the bank can't pay my money back as it was done on debit card!

I suffered exactly the same fate from M99 about a year ago. I cant remember exactly what I ordered then, but payment was taken from my card and nothing was delivered. I'm quite surprised by these comments as my company buys from M99 on a weekly basis and has done since 2001. They don't sell a great deal to trade but their retail sales are massive.
I think people should not judge these comments too seriously - it's similar to if you were to look at BT's / Virgin's ...
