    Just passed my test(first time) and continued with the pass + course.As soon as I started the office called and asked me feedback for my instructor. Lessons were well organised and planned.     I've had lessons with two other driving schools in the past and failed three tests. I went to BSM and they were brilliant. My Instructor was FANTASTIC!     I had a BSM driving instructor some years back. He was crazy. He smoked in the car even though I was a non-smoker.     Their customer service attitude is poor and you can't imagine how they talk about customers behind! I phoned once to book a lesson for my mum, as my mum is easy to get tired so I asked whether they could split the first lesson to two 1-hour sessions.     Poor customer service, Not customer centric, high handed attitude, not helpful, no value for money.
    Would not recommend BSM for any driving instruction for customer apathy and negligence.
