    Rickenbacker has to be one of the most beautiful guitars I've ever seen (and I've seen quite a few). The quality of the construction is staggering.     After years of wanting, I managed to get a Rickenbacker 4003. This is the most beautiful guitar I've ever seen (and I've seen quite a few). The build quality is fantastic.     No problems at all with the guitar after five years of ownership, which included a complete dunking in a swimming pool while attached to a live amp! Rock and Roll lifestyle, I think.
