    I have never seen such a unhelpful support?
    I continued my company account with them for 2 years, and whenever I required help, I feel I recieved none.

    Network Solutions is holding my domain name. When I tried to switch registrars to active-domain.com (instead of paying the over-priced Net Solutions yearly fee) Network Solutions played 'dumb' and would not let active-domain.com become the new registrar.     Network SolutionsThe are a leading force in the web services business. That makes them good at what they do and the service that they provide. I think they need to work on bringing their pricing structure down a bit.
