    Generally I would say the Morphy Richards 45470 is a good appliance, robust, worked faithfully and well for eight years, never had to be mended. Now I've broken the knob that controls the thermostat and I can't figure out how to control the heating so I will have to get another one.

    Got a Morphy Richards 45470 and now have boiling fat flying everywhere when I use it (and Yes we dried the food before putting it in the fryer. And No it was not over-filled with fat).
