the service from the staff was appaling i recieved a broken phone only to be blamed that it was me that broke it! it was a technical fault if i had known how to tamper with phones id be working in the industry.i will never shop at o2 again!

My phone broke at the beginning of January I brought it to my local o2 store and they sent it away to be fixed 2 weeks later my dad received a call when i was at work saying id have to pay £70 or it wouldnt be fixed and sent back to be! I went to the store to tell them i was still in warranty ...

I will never recomend 02 to anyone as there shops or there customer service is beyond appalling, even in the shops they dont even know their procedures about non working phones, or when they will be able to upgrade your phone, if your phone stops working you will be without one untill they send a ...

I have just purchased a O2 monthly sim, I did this as I was previously on Pay as you go, but it was costing me a fortune, so it seemed like a perfect solution. I pay £25 a month, get 600 minutes, and 1000 texts, plus I can text and call any other O2 user for free.

It will remain to be seen ...
