    I'm not totally surprised by the quality of this Hotpoint RLA34 fridge, given the make. However, the apparent error by the design engineers for the type of produce expected to be placed in the door storage area, such as 4/6 pint milk containers and other containers of food and drink, is poor.     Absolutely terrible customer service from Hotpoint- Avoid like the plague!!!
    Fridge broke after 7 months- would not cool. After 2 visits Hotpoint engineer finally diagnosed faulty thermostat. Took over two weeks to get repaired. 12 hours later fridge broken again- not cooling again. Hotpoint then s ...
