    We were very very disappointed esp. with the owners attitude & refusing to take any responsibility for anything.     We've been to the Oceanic twice now and love the hotel and staff. It's very relaxed and the staff are very helpful. We also love the pool at the rear, it is a real sun trap. The staff are all only too happy to help.

    This is one of only two hotels in Palolem with a pool and the other is completely stuffy and over priced. The Oceanic Hotel is clean, comfortable, hygienic and run by a great family.     The Oceanic Hotel is a real home from home.     We booked the Oceanic over the internet making a £25.00 deposit by Paypal. We asked them to arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport and that worked well. Then it went downhill.
