    Disgusted with the service, but a picture speaks 1000 words - after 3 no shows/no calls (each costing my wife a day stuck in the house) they disconnected my phone, telling me that they would return in 2 weeks to reconnect it, and they did this to my drive.     Before I start - I wish there was an option here to select no stars at all.

    Tried to have XL with V+ box TV package set up yesterday. They didn't set it up at all the picture only lasted 50 mins then the screen kept showing HDMI not supported.

    I was generally happy with the product (TV and internet), however our TV service now keeps freezing.     Their email service is rubbish. I went nearly a month without receiving one email only to be told, after extensive enquiries, that my email address wasn't suitable - one that I'd been using for several months beforehand. Total lack of customer care.

    Virgin media... Extremely poor service and appalling behavior on their help service phone line. No respect for the individual customer.
