    Scotties does not have a desk at Auckland Airport & arrived an hour & half late to pick us up after a 9 hour flight with no apology. The car was empty of fuel & we had to change the windscreen wiper blades. We won't be using this company again.

    Booked a car from Scotties and then asked to pick it up earlier to which they agreed but when we turned up they said they never agreed to having a car ready earlier.     Ours was a one way hire Auckland to Christchurch. Dropped the car off in Christchurch and was taken by mini bus to the airport. Scotties may not use brand new cars but they are value for money and I would use them again.

    We had a 3 week hire car with Scotties and could not fault the service. I am astounded by the other review listed here as it was totally not our experience and makes me wonder if it has come from a competitor.
