Passengers broke into applause when we landed on a particularly wet runway at Vancouver International. It had to be the most gentle and tender landing ever, and our arrival was punctual to the minute.
All the way we'd been cared for superbly and given excellent food - including ice cream wafers.
    So ...

BEWARE OF AIR TRANSAT! Our experience has been TERRIBLE! We will never book another package through Air Transat and encourage our friends to boycott a company that has such little respect or interest in its customers. We booked a 7 day package six weeks before departure and four weeks before leav ...

We flew from the UK to Toronto in Club Class and were very impressed with the in-flight service and food. We are used to flying business class with BA, Air Canada, et al, but the don't even come close to the excellent customer service, and in some cases the quality of the food that we received on Ai ...

Nothing good to say about a company that is taking advantage of paid customer that have had their trips to Mexico cancelled due to the so-called epidemic. Air Transat ar asking for the difference even if you chose the same hotel at a later date and it is more money at that time. Royal Decameron in P ...

The worst expereince of our life with Air Transat flying to Punta Cana. I paid advance $140 extra for my wife & myself for a selected preassigned seats which we did not get them for the inbound flight because we were bumped to different seats. My wife suffers from Claustrophobia and I have doctor's ...

Air Transat is a budget airline with a very budget service. Appalling from start to finish. Pay the extra and fly with a decent airline because after my experience on Air Transat it'll be worth it.

I wouldn't fly Air Transat for free. Unless you are under 5 foot 1 or the flights under 4 hours. It's not worth the saviging. The legroom is unbearable and it take up to 20 minutes from the top of the ramp to your seat, because the plane is so packed.
