They block me whenever I use my card abroad. Never send me a replacement card despite I called several times.
Although I changed my address in person at the branch and I was told it will take maximum 28 hours it took 28 days and only after I complaint to the complaint department.

Abbey failed to send out replacement Visa Debit cards. Shocking service when you try to get information and complain.
