I joined The AA on the same night as having a bad experience with Green Flag.

It cost a little more as I was joining having already had a breakdown but the difference in response and professionalism with Green Flag was amazing. The guy from the local Garage instructed by Green Flag spent around 5 m ...

These guys drive me mental! I had to call them out once and they left me hanging around with no info for hours. Since I cancelled they have constantly plagued me with "come back" messages - they seem desparate! No wonder, if everyone else is leaving them because of rubbish service.

    I have told them ...

Very disapointing, when i purchased a brand new honda motorcycle, i recived free breakdown cover with the AA.
i had only ever herd good things about the AA, and never expected to need to call them out as the bike was brand new.
Well... when a nut on the exaust bracket came loose, i had to call them ...

I was surprised to see negative reviews of the AA. I used them for about 6 years with my car (until I got a new car that had free RAC cover).

I only had to use them a couple of times, but both times they were excellent. They came out very quickly indeed, the guys that came out were knowledgeable, ...

AA Breakdown Cover benefits financially from the automatic renewal system for breakdown cover. The terms & conditions state you will be sent a renewal notice informing you of the charge and renewal date. What happens if you don't receive a renewal notice... you are only aware your policy has been ...

I was a holder of AA Roadside Brakedown Cover and my screen wipes broke down during a rain. The Patrol was unable to fix it and gave me a report and said that this will be fixed an no cost for me at authorised garage. After one week I was told by the authorised garage that I have to pay the bill mys ...

Ive been with the AA recovery for motorcycles and cars for over 10 years and never had any problems.
They were prompt and called and txt me to advise arrival time.
They have never let me down, even when my battery failed, they relayed me back home and didnt try to sell a battery to me like some do!

My last 2 callouts to the AA have both been frustrating. The actual mechanics have been brilliant, but the customer service team were unhelpful. Both times i have had my pregnant wife (37 weeks ) in the car and my 3yr old and both times placed on high priority, both waits have been 1.5 to 2hr waits ...

One word. Awful. My wife had a puncture and had our baby daughter (< 1 year old in the back). She called the AA to ask for assistance. She informed them of the situation.

She was then asked whether she had a spare. She confirmed that she did. She was then asked where the spare was. She said its in ...

My daughter was one her own and in an accident on the motorway which wasn't her fault. The car was undriveable so she phoned the AA to be told: 'Sorry but we don't come to accidents we only come to breakdowns'. She was quite distressed about this as she had full cover; her boyfriend had to telephone ...
