    My Smeg DW167.1 dishwasher was 18 months old and has had to be scrapped.

    After ~ 500 cycles, the baskets on the Smeg DW167.1 are starting to deteriorate with bits falling off all over the place.
    I wrote to Smeg including photographs and their Correspondence Manager replied using phrases like "excellent product", "you have been unfortunate", "outside our customer service ...

    I have had my SMEG Dish Washer replaced 3 times under warranty. It has broken down again out of warraty and I cannot find anyone who can repair it.
