Never pay on their website with an international creditcard, even if it says, they accept. I had the experience 5 times (stupid I was). I always tried again and again because first it accept it. Cebu Pacific is a budget airline, sort of like the Ryanair of Asia, or at least, that's what it would like to be. However, their online booking system is a nightmare. Cheap flights. They don't seem to care about customer comments, they have a website that promises they will reply to you in 7 days ....I been waiting for 3 weeks from my numerous emails ....still without a reply from them...tried to call them the call center thats not have a clue on how to deal with ...

It's September and I just found out my booking for October has been cancelled or at least, was told via email that my CC which was originally confirmed was now denied. Called my bank and the charge is still there. However, my booking confirmation number now shows a new balance.

In my previous flight Cebu Pacific changed my flight 4 times, delayed 6 hours. When I finally arrived I found out my baggage was missing and they didnt admit that it was lost until the conveyor belt stopped and there were lots of unclaimed bags and a lot of people who didnt get their bags.

Probably no good points. Late 95% of the time for Lao-Mnl v v. flights.Messy PH airports.No notification for being late, guess it's normal for them for being late.No ticketing office at their destinations. Very difficult to process a ticket especially for cancelling, rebooking.Super expensive penalt ...
