You would be hard pressed to find a avid outdoor or hunting person that doesn't own at least 1 Maglite. They are reliable and hold up to lots of abuse, I have 2 others a 2D and a 5D the 5D I've owned for about 15 years and never had a problem ( other than bulbs found almost anywhere ). People can ar ...

This company is falling far behind the competition. In a market it once dominated it's products are consistently outshone buy it's competitors. At this price (mrrp) it's competing with Fenix and LED Lenser, both offering superior products for the same money. I bought one recently for £17 (rrp ...

Unfortunately I lost mine last week somewhere on the Pembrokeshire coastal path so I have ordered another one. These can be good value for money if you shop around carefully. The light will cut out rather than fade when the battery is low, which is frustrating at first, but is not a frequent proble ...

The Maglite Mini Maglite LED 2 is an excellent flashlight. Like many here, I had mine for a few months, but then it started flickering and sputtering; I thought it was broken, and was on the verge of sending it in. Then I replaced the batteries. I guess with a LED, it's hard to remember that the bat ...

My 3 watt Maglite Mini Maglite led will not stay on-just flashes or flickers for a moment then nothing. Apparently the switch is bad. Only used it a few times and not cheap either. Better performance with the Hong Kong 3 watt models on eBay for 1/3 the price.

Visiting this site a few hours ago I read a number of comments that were I identical to my own experience. I had put my own maglite aside as broken.
Subsequently, visiting maglite's official site to give a those people a piece of my mind, I learned the problems we had all been having were not probl ...

Maglite Mini Maglite LED 2 AA 3 Watt review - Nice light at first, but the same problems as previously listed by others. Light does not stay on, flickers, or just doesn't turn on at all. It would be nice of there was a fix available online, but haven't found anything yet.

Don't waste your money on this Mini Maglite LED. I traded it in for a new one and the second one lasted only one month. I use it for work and I can't even use up one set of batteries in it before the switch goes bad.

Nice bright light and feels well made (though it isn't). I'm only relieved I bought mine in Canada (Toronto), so have only wasted half the money I would have if I'd bought it in the UK.
